1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and provide accurate information about yourself and how you promote. Lenucs employees and their household members are not eligible.
2. Application and approval
Lenucs reviews every application and may approve, decline or ask for more information at its discretion. Information you provide about your audience is self-reported and may be checked. Approval can be withdrawn under sections 15 and 16.
3. Referral tracking
A referral is credited to you when a person clicks your referral link and creates a new Lenucs account within 30 days of that click, on the same browser. Attribution is recorded by Lenucs at sign-up and cannot be changed afterwards. Existing Lenucs accounts, people who sign up without your link, and sign-ups after the attribution window are not credited. If a person clicked more than one partner's link, the most recent click counts.
4. Commission
Commission is earned only on payments Lenucs actually receives from referred customers, at the rates published on the program page and in your dashboard when the payment is made. Subscription commission applies to payments in the customer's first 12 months unless the published rate says otherwise. Commission is calculated by Lenucs on the amount collected excluding taxes, and is not earned on free, trial, promotional, test, failed or cancelled payments. Enterprise agreements are reviewed individually. Lenucs may change rates for future payments with notice.
5. Holding period and payment timing
New commissions are held for 30 days so refunds and chargebacks can be accounted for, and may be reviewed before they become available. You may request a payout once your available balance reaches $50. Lenucs reviews payout requests and pays approved requests manually using a payout method it supports. Payout timing depends on review and the payout method; Lenucs does not guarantee a specific date.
6. Refunds
If a referred payment is refunded in full or in part, the related commission is reversed in the same proportion. If the commission was already paid, the reversal is deducted from your future earnings.
7. Chargebacks
If a referred payment is disputed or charged back, the related commission is reversed, and deducted from future earnings if it was already paid.
8. Fraud
Any attempt to generate commission through fake accounts, stolen payment details, automated clicks, cookie stuffing, incentivised sign-ups without disclosure or any other deceptive practice is prohibited. Lenucs may hold, review, cancel or reverse affected commissions and may suspend or terminate your participation. Suspicious activity is reviewed by a person before commissions are cancelled.
9. Self-referral
You may not earn commission on your own accounts or workspaces, or on accounts you control or are a member of. Referrals that appear to be self-referrals are reviewed and are not paid if confirmed.
10. Prohibited promotion
You may not promote Lenucs on websites or channels with unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or misleading content, or in a way that breaks the rules of the platform you use.
11. Spam
You may not send unsolicited messages, bulk email, SMS or direct messages promoting Lenucs, or post your link in places where it isn't welcome. You are responsible for complying with direct-marketing and privacy laws, including POPIA.
12. Misleading claims
Describe Lenucs accurately. Don't promise income, results, features, prices or discounts that Lenucs doesn't offer, and don't present yourself as Lenucs or as an employee. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when you recommend Lenucs.
13. Brand use
You may use the Lenucs name and the materials in your dashboard to promote Lenucs. You may not alter the Lenucs logo, register domains, usernames or app names containing “Lenucs”, or suggest an endorsement Lenucs hasn't given.
14. Paid advertising
You may not bid on “Lenucs” or similar terms in search advertising, or run paid ads that send traffic straight to Lenucs through your link, unless Lenucs has agreed in writing.
15. Suspension
Lenucs may suspend your participation while it investigates a possible breach of these terms. While suspended your link does not credit new referrals and payouts may be held.
16. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. If you end it, or Lenucs ends it for a reason other than a breach, available commission that meets the minimum payout is paid out. Commission related to a breach is forfeited.
17. Privacy
Lenucs processes your information to run the program as described in the Privacy Policy. You see referred customers only as anonymous labels (for example “Customer #10482”); Lenucs does not share their personal information with you.
18. Tax
You are responsible for any tax on the commission you receive and for registering where required. Lenucs may ask for tax details before paying and may withhold where the law requires.
19. Changes to these terms
Lenucs may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your dashboard before they apply. Continuing to take part after changes take effect means you accept them.
